Management lead with threats always you felt like you were one mistake away from losing your job. It never felt like a company that assigned any value to its employees. Management was all just giant egos nothing mattered except perfection and production. They would get you hurt and then blame you for it. it was stupid crazy.

High paced hard work some of their equipment could be updated. Shop could also be cleaner. one of the things I did not like is the material sits outside gets real Rusty so you have to clean it before you can fit it and weld
|

Has the potential to be the very best in the business but seems to lack the knowledge and direction where it really counts. Has incredibly skilled and capable leads but the administration pays ZERO attention to the needs of the men in the floor therefore causing production to fail and fall behind at staggering rates. A few people could make a world of difference and if asked, would have great ideas to save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. I am one of them.
