Management and Engineers are showered with money and other benefits. Departments on the floor levels are treated like dirt. While management and engineers work 8hrs max and get bonuses with their salaries that constantly get raised, floor departments get OT as their "bonus" AND "raise" when the company is doing well.. They expect people to take on larger work loads with absolutely no compensation. Ifyoure an engineer or management then this place is for you!
