Manipulative, dishonest and abusive presidents, vp’s and directors. Highly unprofessional, this insecure management strengths are yelling, cursing, harassment, they feel powerful when they degrade people, they will accost you over the most trivial things, speak from both sides of their crusty lips, mental and verbal abuse. Management may appear or sound intelligent but their emotional intelligence is a complete failure. They engage in daily mental terrorism. These are giii’s core values, culture and religion. Business decisions should be based on sound and clear judgement but mentally unstable management makes business decisions based on their insecure ego and unstable emotional issues. This why their business is in chaos. Karma catching up isn’t it? Leadership doesn’t know how to run business, so they corner and pin it on the little people to solve the problems that they created and if it’s not solved they blame it on you. How pityful, pathetic and ugly. It takes very unintelligent people to go along with this mess and they do. I’ve seen it. Who cares if your mind is intelligent when you’re an unstable person who is lacking when it comes to running a sound and stable business. The head of every division and department are run by manipulative abusers that engage in psychological terrorism. This company should be investigated. It’s been in the news that PVH is taking back their licenses and GIII is so emotionally unstable about it that management lashes out on their employees. It’s public info that GIII made PVH agree not to hire anyone and this needs to be addressed. GIII is blocking employees from job placement at a good company like PVH and it should be illegal. How can PVH even agree to something like this? This info. comes from several different public recruiters who could not consider current GIII employees for positions at PVH. GIII’s business method is focused on exploiting people. The expectation is for each employee to do the job of 2-4 people. I would never recommend GIII to friend or even foe. The founder and the department heads are pure evil, while they hide behind their culture, religion and play the victim card. This is the most evil people and company. But the reality is, that I filed a complaint about my manager giving me a hard time for using sick days (which is legal). HR did not comply with any response. Instead, they told me I was no longer needed due to budget reasons. They wait til I sign the separation agreement, to repost my job replacement with the same amount of salary. Unless you want to feel unappreciated, or disrespected as a designer, G-III is not a place for you. You will have no right or personal space as an employee. - Employees are forbidden to collaborate with the sales team, because the manager solely wants 100% control of them, and because of power insecurity and political game - Managers often verbally abuse each other, in front of every designer and other employees.
