The casino is a fun place to work at if you can handle people. It's easy money but with argosy specifically, I've made good friends but right now they are sucky. A lot of gossip. I recommend a casino job, but I don't recommend argosy

The higher ups care more about what goes in their pocket for bonuses than giving people who work hard a decent raise. If you are not a favorite (or a male) you don’t have the chance to advance within the company. You can trust no one not even HR or corporate HR! It is a company that is very selfish and does not listen to an employee when they complain about work issues. They disgust me.

was still waiting in march for yearly evaluations raise increase but the directors did get their bonus on time !!!

can not trust anyone that had the title of director on their office door.. i had 2 good bosses
directors of finance that transferred to lawerenceburg indiana.
also a manager of finance whom changed jobs due to being feed up with no help from certain departments when she tried to reapply for a job that she was qualified for she did not get it because the new director of finance wanted total control of whom he hired. he knew she was the best choice for job but since it wasn't his find he choose someone else.
