No support when asked for it, red flags in hindsight

The biggest pro is that it was a fully remote role while I was engaged with the company. They pay was also very desirable. It provided me with a good feeling of work-life balance at first.

I got completely lost in the fray and ignored for help despite asking for it multiple times. Maybe it was the state of the business going through an acquisition, but they apparently had previously filled my roll 4 times in 2 years before I came along. Had I known this I would not have taken the role.
