There is a weird hierarchy at this company where senior leadership think they’re above others. They will talk poorly about your performance behind your back and even go as far to snitch to head management. Some senior leadership will even try to guilt trip you to do things for them. Compensation is 50% below market but if you know someone high up then you can negotiate for something a little bit higher. Diversity? Well, it is 80% Korean and 20% other.

Honestly the best job I’ve worked at. The work environment and ethics were top-notch. I genuinely enjoyed working there alongside my co-workers at Hanmi Bank.
|
They’re a Korean bank so many of the customers that had accounts with us were primarily Koreans. Although I don’t really think that’s a con, but just wish there was more inclusion for other ethnicities as well.
