The pay is below industry standards and even if you get good reviews, it's hard to get a raise. Many departments do not use English as primary language which makes business almost impossible.

What is the best part of working at the company?
None. It was not a good experience working with Hanmi Bank.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No training from the supervisor. Pathetic work experience.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
In a staff of 3 people . There behavior was not cordial. Will not suggest anybody to join in the bank.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
1 month . I got no training and no support in terms of understanding from the supervisor .
Other co workers behaved same.

The pay is terrible and management are not supportive. People are not professional. The products and services offered aren't competitive at all. The overall benefits are OK but the health insurance offered is better than other banks.

They don't care to teach you anything during the probation period. They yelled at me because I made mistakes despite them not even giving me any training. Overall, working there ruined my mental health
