I was able to progress into higher positions. I thought the Management was fair. I enjoyed the diverse work culture. The hardest part of the job would sometimes be the overtime hours. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to learn all the different job position skills. Work is repetitive but not mundane. Could use better maintenance. Overall though I liked the job but the plant location is out of the way. No busses. Taxi expensive. Straight shift too, I had afternoons and got extra pay for it. No weekend work.
