Overall a good place to work. Very easy going environment with supportive people that put importance on safety and work life balance. management has gone above and beyond to accommodate employees (including myself) whenever needed in their personal lives (time off, schedule flexibility, etc.)

I learned a lot started with a clerical front desk job, quickly learned and became a inside sales through the company. Learned a lot about aerospace,military, automotive industry. Very interesting job. Would love to get back into a raw material buyer position for aerospace/ aircraft.

Do not apply if you have or want a life outside of the job. The environment is very racist and misogynistic. You have to be a part of the clique for any advancement. There are no poc in any management positions. They do not care about the safety of their employees

Lack of respectful management and Hr is a joke.
|
Company pretty much sucks.They work harder getting you out the door than getting you in.Once you enter in the union watch your back from upper management not including supervision they will try and burn you from day one.If you have fmla you automatically have a target on your head .If I had to do it over again I'd run from this company.They do not care about your home life or anything you have going on goin on outside of work.

They run their supervisors in the ground and never back them up. They would have supervisor meetings with upper management and then the supervisors will go back on production for her and everything they said in the meetings were wrong.

Spend most of my time fixing software/report issues rather than fully showing my strong work ethic and full potential in my field. Very manual softwares used at this company which need updating. Most people who work here have been here for 20+ years and don’t want change in work process. Not a diverse culture.
