This company has a bunch of pieces of trash as management. They use the buddy system and friends of friends system and elevate these low energy, alcoholic, non winners to positions of authority. These individuals complain that high level reps ‘make too much money.’ In reality, these reps bring in millions of revenue a piece and only get a small percentage. The sales managers are mostly all shady. They drive trucks everyday and double dip on the commissions of drum revenue. They claim everything as new revenue. They place phantom parts washers and phantom upgrades. The upper management will place their sons in these positions annd allow them to have free rein with the shady practices. It is truly sad how a great company has morphed into all of the stereotypes associated with big companies. 2024 revenue is going to
drop. Reps will be in their turtle shell and scared to charge customers. Branch managers have and will continue to turn into desk riding, gps watching tyrants, without the ability to lead or motivate their employees. This is how the regional managers act, and it will roll down hill. Most regional managers travel to drink alcohol, and have mistresses in different cities. They also ride a desk , have branch admins to do their numbers, and just yell at managers for more more more.

HCC attempted to branch out into Canada. They fumbled that opportunity so badly that they sold their Canadian operation off completely. During the few months leading to this decision the employees were kept in the dark and even lied to about what was happening. They told us the company that came to test the soil at the compound was "for insurance purposes". After they fled the country in shame, they brought in 5 strong arms from their competitors who bought the operation to pressure us into signing TERRIBLE employment packages that completely eliminate our commission pay, sick days, and include a termination clause in which we could be fired at any time for no reason. They wanted us to sign it blindly so they could complete the sale as quickly as possible. If I ran a business and was selling it. I'd give my employees months of notice, I would advise them to seek legal help on the matter and to carefully consider the new terms of employment. I wouldn't play sneaky games with people's lives to appease limp wristed share holders. Learn the damned laws. Treat employees with respect if you wish to be respected. Safety Kleen is laughing at you guys.
