You are not an actual sales rep, you’re an order taker. You personally as a sales person does not actually determine your sales numbers, but who your accounts are allowed to buy from. Most accounts have exclusive contracts. Your quarterly goals are unattainable. I worked there for 5 years and only hit my goal 4 times. It’s an un healthy environment. They also have cameras in the trucks and outside the trucks, they will police your driving and will write you up if you brake hard or accidentally run a stop sign, or if you do a rolling stop. And they will ask if your ok with that when they are hiring you. If u say no you probably won’t get the job.
