The executive leadership team claims to have a collaborative and engaging environment. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Leadership is short sighted, demeaning and often dismisses employee complaints of abusive and toxic behavior. Managers and directors will not speak up out of fear of losing their jobs and backlash from executive leadership.

This business is run like a high school. If you get in with the cool kids you'll have a great time but if you're an outcast or don't agree with every single decision made you will be ostracized and berated. I guess if you peaked in high school than this job is for you.

Almost all of upper management has severe anger problems that they have absolutely no problem taking out on their subordinates. No one department knows what the next is doing, so you'll have a very hard time trying to properly navigate your tasks. They don't give raises and there is no upward mobility as they ALWAYS go with outside hires.
