This used to be a great place to work under the old management. They brought a new manager in from Cheyenne WY who Is completely immature and incompetent. Since his arrival several people have moved on or been laid off. Look around there. Only one person of color in the four locations they have. Honestly don’t waste your time. There’s better jobs out there. Not being able to service customers over petty reasons caused by midlevel managers leads to unstable work conditions and fear of termination. Many of the smarter, driven and hard working employees are pushed aside order to promote people who are either friends or worst related to the mangers in power. Loyalty to company means nothing to the loyalty to the RVP in Charge. With large amounts of infighting between RVPs, managers and other high midlevel Executives. One has to ask, "who is running this operation?" With the managers in constant conflict with each other over trivial inside company matters, the two people who suffer the most are the employees and customers. With 85% one year turnover for branch managers and 80% turnover for inside sales men. There is always new problems coming from someone not understanding their job. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO WORK. with noncompete contracts lasting 1-3 years it is best to try other options before H&E. They lie and report false claims and have awful management. Never have team meetings. Horrible with judgement and harassment. The worst. They don’t stick up or support their employees and never get both sides of any situation. The branch manager in Lynnwood only listened and talked to the Service manager about everything. Service manager and Branch manager always smoking and talking.
