There seems to be growth potential but have not personally felt guided in that direction or encouraged. The company feels empty, as if the future CEO isn’t fully in the role and the current CEO soon to be retired has abandoned ship. The leadership team is also so focused on what we don’t have that they do not appreciate employees working through so many changes and without bonuses. It feels as though the company is frozen, not able to compete with other brands and relying solely on historical worth.
