I am very disappointed to say absolutely none at all.
|
-Dishonesty
-Poor Management
-No leadership
-Impossible expectations
-Poor Communication
-No training
-No accountability for their mistakes
-Executive Team only cares about numbers. They can care less about the people
-No incentive no bonus
-Horrible employee benefits
-Everyone there is miserable, very toxic work environment
-They tell you one thing in the interview to get you through the door and switch the expectations around once you start
-No work life balance
-No room for growth
I would give no star if I can. If you want to work for a company and team that cares about your mental health and career growth then Stay away from this company. They will lie to you to get you hire and then fire you. The very short period that I was there I saw within a week 9 people giving their notice and got fired. I’ve lost count how many people quiet in just a short period.

You’ll learn how a bank should not operate once you escape to a well functioning institution. The difference is shocking.

You’ll have to work with a “leadership” team that has absolutely no business being in management position. Corners are cut. Staffing decisions are made by people who seemingly have never worked in any retail situation. You’ll feel less than a number. You’ll feel like nothing.

The culture is completely toxic. When people leave the majority of the employees cheer them on and say they will too when they get the chance. The "owners" believe being cheap and lacking empathy is a skill that no one else can match.

Do things that are human. Create a culture where employees feel like they can speak freely. Not one that they feel like they cant because people are fired at a minimum of once a month when you have a staff of 80. Helping people to feel valued vs disposable has an incredible impact in how far people will go to make the company successful.
