A good place for awhile

Good friendly people. Cheap lunches that were pretty good.
It was a great place for me to learn Linux. I
Some bad-IT department wasn’t really helpful, I was issued a used windows laptop that was a few gens old. Layoffs sucked, but it was a blessing in disguise as I’ve moved to some way better stuff.

Too many changes

It was a lovely small company to work for but when bought by a big American company they began to push the American views and the lovely family feel that the company had went. Lots of staff have left after I left due to the poor management from the parent company and not liking how the company is changing and not for the better either.

It is a fast-paced company and the support role is quite stressful. Everyone is super busy and no time to guide the new colleagues. You have to figure out everything by yourself. Not easy to adapt.
