This is a good place to get PE experience if you're just starting out.
|
Pay is extremely below industry standards - senior management is aware but slow to make any improvements. There is a serious turnover problem amongst many teams coupled with constant changes and restructuring. Work-life balance and great culture used to be the two main selling points for anyone agreeing to be paid so little but both of these things are now nonexistent.
