Worst management I have ever experienced.

There were managers that were good. Unfortunately, they left for better jobs
Had great co workers. I am still in contact with many of them.

Again, terrible leadership. Both in the regional offices and home company. Managers would set impossible or unrealistic deadlines. People were being terrorized. People who didn't work extra hours or meet deadlines, were fired. Many good employees didn't want to put up with the negativity and left.
Very high turnover in most positions.

Listen to employee satisfaction reports. Treat employees like human beings and show appreciation. Salaried employees were working maximum number of hours allowed. Company has been sued many times by former employees. Most employees were educated, well trained and had specialized skills. Overall, employees are not entry level, call-in-sick candidates. Management abused this by overworking salaried staff- that is not cool. HMS is a FOR PROFIT company doing government contract work. Many new contract possibilities were missed due to incompetence by management and poor quality of proposals.

I love this job!

I have been here almost two years and I must say this is the best job I have had in a long time. I work from home, they paid for me to become a notary, monthly incentives and bonuses. The work is very easy to learn and easy to keep up with. Vacation and sick time are amazing. My managers are amazing and welcome new ideas from the team and actually implement them!
