Excellent and thorough training, but not a whole lot of time is offered after the training to ensure understanding and application of their processes before you're held accountable to the productivity standards. The job is very repetitive leaving little opportunity for exploring new things. Their mandatory trainings and meetings are a bit excessive and time consuming but they don't allow you to count them as downtime. The level of micro-management of your work is rather extreme and critical. The company itself is way to money goal oriented. Management and leads claim to want to help you, but don't spend the time getting to know you and expect you to just know things or find them out on your own. My job consists of a lot of researching other insurances and individuals and family backgrounds/medical histories, making calls to other insurances to verify enrollment periods.
