Until they get current middle management out, job advancement etc. is solely based on whether you are part of the boys club so to speak. Raises were a joke, unless you consider a quarter a decent raise, and they aren’t based on job performance. Everyone gets a raise, even the deadbeats. It was a job. They had no air conditioning and very little heat. That was part of the reason for me quitting. It was a warehouse building so it got very hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
