It sounds good to say you're working for a bank, but only to someone who isn't aware of the culture/pay difference among banks. Centennial is known to pay THE LEAST and values it's employees very little. However, it's a great place to get started if you're interested in working in banking. Stepping-stone only!

Once again, pays the least out of any major bank. I mean cmon, we're in the Forbes top 10 but are paying employees with their MASTERS' $12-$13 AN HOUR??????? Ridiculous.

Value your employees. You don't get to micro-manage and expect your entry-level tellers to take on advanced/supervisor responsibilities if you're paying them so little....it's awesome our profit is so good and Johnny Allison (bank owner) has 1000 yachts (kidding) BUT if none of that is going towards your employees, you're going to have major problems with retention, or hiring on good employees. WHICH YOU DO HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH!! Read the big red letters in front of your face.

Easy once you get it all figured out. Lots of downtime. Bank holidays and weekends off.

The senior legal order processor is BFFs with the boss so she gets to do whatever she wants, is 20-30 mins late everyday, takes 1.5hr long lunch breaks, calls everyone she doesn’t like stupid (including me to my face). After working for one year I didn’t even get a 50 cent raise.
