Other than that, the management team does truly care for those under them and the company culture seems to be something that is actually enforced to an extent. I think it’s a decent place for anyone who wants to get into banking. Before they became public (when they were a credit union) it was a good company work for. They over work the employees and the veterans there are under paid while they hire the Z generation giving them more. They do not value their employees. Only way you can move up is if you are liked by the higher ups. The employees gossip all day long so everyone, literally everyone, will know about someone's business. Branch managers are very very snobby and fake. You don't get any overtime even if you wanted it. They will not I repeat will NOT let you go pass 40 hours. Lack of growth. ALL they care about is SALES SALES SALES. Forget about the quality service. They just want businesses and mortgages. ITS THE new BANK OF AMERICA.
