Great experience for those curious about in-house counsel roles. Learned a lot about the intersection between engineering, privacy, and the law. Learned how to cater communications towards different audiences. A small but mighty privacy team- the enthusiasm for the subject matter area is palpable! I liked the mentor and supervising system.

Limited networking opportunities by geography. It takes more onus on the intern to build relationships in a hybrid environment, spread across different geographies.

Robinhood’s comp is not top of market for most roles, though comfortably in an upper tier. You can probably make more money elsewhere, but Robinhood is an excellent place to grow in your career.
