Very fun place to work. Management is great and flexible scheduling. The only con is dealing with angry customers otherwise very fun place to work for and great benefits. Sad about the impact the layoffs have affected this company & people.

Dealing with WOKE issues. The company wastes money

I would say overall pretty friendly.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work from home but I think they switched back to 4 days in the office. All computer based. The role was constantly changing. Disorganized

Robinhood is a great company with great benefits, remote work and a lot of fun perks like free food and gifts for employees. The only downside was it grew too quickly and people had to be laid off

Good work from home opportunity

The job started off amazing in 2021, but changed drastically by 2023. Lots of layoffs, increased workload, and they changed our hours every 6 months, so you could be day shift and then suddenly night shift. It's ultimately a tech company, not a finance company, in the way it operates and changes internally.

Work was fine, benefits were great, until I was laid off last year with a large amount of other workers. If you can get in, it's great but I'm not sure if I would trust the longevity.

Ambiguity of job security, five layoffs within one and a half years is a huge pain point. Says one thing but does something else daily? Problems.

It was a very promising company in 2019-2020 with an extremely high bar for hiring back then. Attracted amazing talent but it could not find a way to recover and deliver its full potential.
