Leadership is caring and understand work/life balance. There is also very clear communication from the top down on just about everything: Culture, goals, etc.

The company itself is great

The atmosphere is great and the supervisors will try to help you as much as they can.
|
The training and the information provided can be a bit overwhelming. Training for a job like this, especially if it's your first time doing something like this, i would like for it be longer than 4 weeks. They don't spend any time on the subject matter and are rushed on to the phones your last week of training. Though you do have someone helping you on the other end all that ends once you are in the nest. Your are put in a room with at least 50 to 60 other new employees who for the most part don't know what they are doing and only three supervisors at any given time to help you. Trying to ask a question in a sea of other questions and it becomes a hit or miss if your question actually gets answered. So good luck. Also, once you are out of training there is no going online to review and of the materials that they have.
