Horrible place to work for they expect you to work non stop they worked me 92 hours every 2 weeks and when you need to take a day off don't expect anyone to cover or trade shifts

Too good to true
|
I loved my job. However I had excessive abscences due to hospitalizations. I filled for ADA accommodations and less than a week of getting it approved I was laid off. Even though my customer service scores were perfect sheet I had just received a raise and bonus.

Decent place to work but not for a career
|
I was an on site temp. Then I got hired on full time and was really excited about it. Seemed to be an overall good company. However, this is not the always the case. QA is absolutely ridiculous sometimes. You get dinged for the smallest things that don't even matter in the overall process of things. And even a small mistake, a lapse in judgement can get you fired. And you get no warning this can happen. When asked, they will not tell you what the possible consequences are of said mistake. No warning. No write ups. Nothing. So tread carefully if you do choose to work here.

Very stressful environment

There is no training for customer service reps, so irate customers call and we cannot help them and we have to take that abuse. Exhausting. Management is not supportive.
