Shocking management which is reflected in the extremely high staff turn over.
Myself and other colleagues who left felt bullied by the management which created a horrible atmosphere in the team. Constantly patronised and spoken down to, never allowed to ask a question without being made to feel stupid, other members in the team reporting issues and being told “oh that’s just how so and so is”, awful behaviour.
HR have received countless complaints about the department yet nothing changes. If you value your mental health do not take a job in this department!
