|
Management is poor from top to bottom. Poor training and they expect you to go out and sell without any help or knowledge about their products. It is also a dying industry which makes the job hard itself.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Manager is the worst I have ever worked for they lie and play favorites pick and choose how they want to interpret politics you will get blamed for stuff you can’t control and the is a lot of finger pointing as for HR you will never hear back from them and bring your own tools they say they will replace them if they break but it’s like pulling teeth to get it replaced as for raises it doesn’t matter how much more you do or work it will not help you
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You always have to watch your back and can’t trust anybody
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not good at all stay away run don’t even work here if you want stress and back stabbed then work there
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work 8 to 4:30 Monday through Friday with some overtime and you will drive a lot from office to office

What is the best part of working at the company?
pay was great and that was it.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
My manager and the way they hire they blindside you later even after getting kudos from the VP the week before. I had an awful manager who was cold, mean and very strange personality wise. We did not mesh. Seven rounds of interviews and took forever to get onboard.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
fast paced and cutthroat in my department at least.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
sit at the computer doing boring tasks all day.

Disconnected senior leadership. Makes sweeping changes in a “my way or highway” fashion. Lower management good but afraid to challenge senior leadership. Bottom line far more important than employee satisfaction.

Productive is all I can say. Cross training in other departments was sometimes mandatory. Some of things management did surely didn't make sense.

associates that work there. Most were very friendly.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The supervisor that I worked for. She didn't have a clue what it took to do the receiving job itself. Since I worked there she moved to another department. Good move for the company in doing this.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Environment wasn't great, culture was ok. More training and longer training would improve a lot of the issues there.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I enjoyed the work and my team associates. The day went by quickly. Whenever ask to work overtime I did it. When the company wanted people to work more hours during the holiday I did it. I never called off and was never late but this was never appreciated.

The management just choose the person they like and give them light job , higher salary. Even you applied to another role but if they don’t like you they are ready to push you to do the job you are not relevant to . The purpose to make you giving up and fill the role with their favorite person. Looks like a prison here. 4 leads 4 superiors watching you every minute. Lack of hour and they don’t give you opportunity to complete 40 hours per week. The operation manager is terrible . Bad management. You will be a prisoner to work here with efficiency and accuracy.

Hard work for low pay. Lots of workplace injuries. Toxic management and high employee turn over. Co-workers are nice, but everyone there wants to leave.
