There's definitely a lack of support, a toxic environment, and one is left to fend for their self without formal training or guidance, it can indeed be discouraging. Feeling set up for failure and encountering sham behavior can further exacerbate these issues. It's important for any workplace to address these concerns to foster a healthy and supportive environment for its employees. However, whenever one does speak out, it seems to backfire, and it feels like they are being punished for expressing any concerns. Additionally, H&S prides itself on being diverse and inclusive, but it appears to be just a facade. They only offer support to what they perceive as diverse and inclusive, rather than genuinely embracing diversity and inclusivity across all aspects of the organization. The prevalence of favoritism can create a suffocating atmosphere, where advancement and recognition seem to depend more on personal relationships or preferences than on merit or performance.

"Good ole boys" partners and principals with huge egos. The treatment of the entire administrative staff during my time here was abhorrent. Technology is outdated with a senior staff unable to proficiently use current programs and apps.
