Reports on top of reports on top of reports on top of reports! No work-life balance due to constant travel. Site Management is given little to no resources in terms of staff. If your account is contracted for 5 fleet managers Hub Group will likely give you 3 and ask you to work with it. The more leadership takes from you the more they expect. Agreed-upon contracts are not clear, forcing managers to improvise

Salaries well below industry. Executive team that treats all lower employees like garbage. Do not honor commitments and do not pay anyone as planned . Sales has NO commission plan as of April 14, the account management team were paid no bonuses, yet everyone is supposed to be held to an absurd non compete. Everyone is looking to get out and extremely bad revolving door of employees.
