No Real communication, with upper management. No one to really give you a concrete solution, to any questons.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not very receptive, to any sort of growth, issues.

The Days are very stressful and very over loaded and hectic situations.

Nothing at all under paid... To many hours and subjected to figure printing when you are not a criminal...

Dispatch doesn't care about employees... Only concern is the load ..

Stressful and not professional....
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Slow and you never get loaded in time or some other company is priority and you can be there hours before loaded...

Clocking out. This place is a mess.

Managers, planners, and support
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Management is for themselves not the driver. Example: manager still have a yearly bonus(in the thousands range) but the driver's got theirs taken away a couple years ago.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Bad equipment, call sit on hold for hours, make very little money.

None. It was a good company . But unfortunately my division closed . And the open yards were to far for me to commute

An absolute mess and one of the worst places to work
|
Management at location does not know anything about trucking, they do not communicate at all. They lack all forms of knowledge to create a successful atmosphere for employees. They often don’t schedule loads properly and when things change they don’t communicate them properly. Biggest unorganized mess of a place I’ve ever seen.

Work load is excessive. Most people internally don't know what they are doing, so you are constantly correcting other people's mistakes. (Lack of training) Also, when people are out, they just pile their work on you without a proper plan to divide work evenly. Wouldn't recommend!!!!

Cheap and out of touch company
|
Heavily controlled by very out of touch corporate office. Team is generally underpaid and expected to do work outside what they were hired for. Usually little to no consequences for team members that consistently drop the ball. Upper management is generally ignorant of how to complete the daily tasks of the job and so have no concept of what is happening. Also I was laid off because of the fact that I was paid more than others.
