The customers made working there bearable.

Management is either oblivious or they simply don't care enough that the branches are not well run. It is very apparent the lack of appreciation towards employees. With constant turnover of entry-level positions, most employees have to pickup excess responsibilities making the job very stressful--especially considering the pay rate. Constantly short-staffed. Upward advancement is basically impossible.
