Hawkins CEO has hired his friends and former classmates as part of the exec team. With the exception of one female they are all men who are competing against each other and deferring blame for why things aren’t getting done. It’s a frustrating environment for anyone trying to make positive change.

The movie theater was huge but they gave the employees a break room the size of a closet. They should be ashamed of themselves, shows how much they respect their employees. They need to pay better and do better.

The option to be able to work from home is immensely rewarding. I still appreciate the comradery and corroboration I get from coming into the office, but knowing that if I have to be at home for family reasons or weather issues, is definitely a weight off my shoulders. The salary was very competitive for the market. I was happy with the options they gave me with PTO and salary. The hiring process went very smoothly.
