The initial on-boarding process is a little boring. You have to review the procedures before you can start working on the floor but they will bring you in more and more the further along you are in reviewing. The work itself isn't difficult to understand though there is a lot of little things you need to remember. Your other team members will help you if you need it. Once you get the hang of things it's pretty repetitive. The atmosphere is welcoming. It's a small team so it's important everyone can work together since you can't avoid each other usually. The supervisors and managers are great. They take into consideration things you bring up, such as ways to improve work. It's actually encouraged and you get free lunch each month if you successfully implement an improvement. Executives cycle in and out so there is no clear direction on growth strategies. Some managers try, but there is only so much they can do. There is no reporting, no policies and no help from leadership to get technology in place. False promises are made, roles are not described well and work/life balance is non-existent. There is high turnover for a reason. If you are just trying to collect a paycheck this is the place for you. If you want growth and stability, look elsewhere. Good pay. WFH currently twice a week. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Integra Lifesciences is a toxic work environment. No work life balance. HR management does not support middle management and is not onsite. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Toxic work environment. People are unhappy. Retaining employees is difficult and constantly having to train new staff. What is a typical day like for you at the company? A typical day at work is coming in to a supervisor who talks to employees like they are children. Long drawn out unnecessary meetings. Overworked Underpaid Micro managed Greed driven management Would not recommend Turn over rate is high for a reason. New rules are put in place every other day. Not to mention you are being watched on cameras like criminals. Not being acknowledged financially or on paper in reviews for taking on more responsibilities than your job description requires. If you can show you are capable of completing others tasks, achieving more administrative tasks that are not in your job description, or support other satellite facilities even to the extent of learning different job positions..you are not rewarded. Reaching beyond your normal responsibilities becomes the expectation. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Distrustful employees, a level of anxiety is present What is a typical day like for you at the company?
