There is nothing the management can do to make this place better. They are racist, which is ironic given that they started in El Paso. The CEO openly discussed 'building the wall' and how our president is doing nothing to keep the 'unwanted immigrants' out of here. Everyone can have their own opinion and beliefs, but they were making that their company culture. Absolutely awful. After 1 year management is supposed to mark previous employees inactive. I called after 2 years because I was having issues with my account and they said they couldn't view anything because I was still marked as an employee. When asking the location I called if I could speak to the manager on duty he said 'this location doesn't have a manager, only bank tellers'. WHAT A JOKE. AWFUL PLACE. AWWWWFFFFFFUUUUUULLLLLLLLL! DONT WALK, RUN AWAY!
