They have a beautiful new campus with workout facility but you have to pay monthly fee to use it. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Do as I say not as I do. Executive management has no problem breaking their own rules if it benefits them. They promote unqualified workers, who can’t even meet any of the minimum qualifications, if they are “liked” or political. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Negative, inconsistent. Executives all get their salary increases and bonuses and ignore the little people who work 60 hours plus a week who are on salary but should be on hourly. Never get to use all PTO or vacation time so you lose it. The vacation time you so take you end up working or made to feel guilty about being away from the office. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Some managers need more HR training. Pay is above average. Moral can get low when busy and short staffed. Also the main issue is getting along with each other. The manager on the team that I transferred to was the complete opposite and my experience slowly spiraled downhill from there. Also, the VP above this manager is a "yes-man" who has a bad habit of volunteering us out for anything and everything. Consequently, our workload steadily increased and long hours on the job became the norm. Their return to the office mandate was the final straw.
