What is the best part of working at the company?
I was wrongfully terminated from the old owners but now there's new owners I've tried to get my old job back they keep saying we went forward with a different candidate so I guess I'm allowed to b hired again, that's why I'm giving ICF one star.

Great company, but there are some issues

Great company, pay is low. Takes too long to be promoted. Given more work to complete but the pay stays the same. The company does great work in the energy efficiency sustainability space, but the pay rate needs to be raised for employees.

There is a lot of support when training which is great. So many systems down way too much. Causes extremely upset callers. If you have a medical problem come up, they donât call you or anything, just let you go via email for equipment. Symphony Placements is their company to hireâ¦.good luck getting any communication from them. So disappointed. Way too focused on numbers.
