Almost all positions are under payed compared to other companies in the area. That's about where the good stuff ends unfortunately; pay and benefits are below the rate at other companies and they're even stalling on annual reviews/raises and wondering why everyone is leaving. Retired Medical Device Production Supervisor Salt Lake City, UT USA A Top Medical Device Manufacturing Company to work for Excellent management team. Human Resources does a very good job. I was able to promote my best employee from machine operator to back-up Line Tech to Line Tech then to Supervisor in a relatively short time. Then he covered me when I retired. Also the company is very inclusive. You just can't beat this company. Very clean work conditions. Opportunities for growth if you put in the effort.
