Upper management used to care for their employees. Since new CEO has arrived the work environment has gone downhill. Employer loyalty toward their employees is not a consideration. It doesn't matter how loyal you are to the company or how long you have been there or what you have sacrificed to keep the company alive through their many times of nearly going out of business. It's all the bottom line now. Some of the best people they had have been let go all for saving a little of the almighty dollar. Kind of a back stabbing environment now.
