Intricon is a mixed bag

Rank and file employees, engineers and managers are some of the best available in the area. Loyalty ranks very high amongst them.
|
Several members of executive leadership are dishonest. Some are honest. The HR department leaves a lot to be desired and exhibits traits that are definitely “Worst in Class”. The company talks about creating a great “culture” but the lying and dishonesty at the top levels thwart all the great intentions. This is a disappointing change from the company’s past, where lying and office politics were not tolerated and definitely not rewarded.
