I was with ingle's for a little over 6 years, took 4 of those years to finally be able to move up a job title. Pay isn't so great and neither are the benefits.

Busy, but non stressful

Management and most of my co-workers were great! The customers that come in are usually kind, too. I would say that it is a good place to work! The only problem that I really had was that there was a little miscommunication about my two-weeks notice.

Just awful management made it hard to work there.
|
You get there and you immediately want to go home. You are questioned if you did anything if you have completed your task and the managers are always full of attitude. They would openly talk bad about their employees to their other employees and vice versa. Overall, it just was an awful experience.
