Safety first… protect yourself at all costs and even when you think you’re protecting yourself the company will find a way to make you the fall guy without ever telling you. They are wildly out of compliance and do not know the definition of accountability. Universal communication? Don’t hold your breath. Zero communication from leadership and the little communication you do get is one big game of telephone. The best part is they have “job aids” for days with zero relevant information and have revised forms so much that not one department is on the same page as another. They will ask you to do a job outside of role with zero training and won’t hear “any excuses” as to why the job they tasked you to do was not performed to their standards. Numerous missed opportunities and failing patients left and right.
