Below par technology Creating urgency stories (lies) that were not true on a weekly basis to obtain numbers was morally wrong Upper management is unprofessional, toxic and manipulative. Out of 120 reps, 10 were female Toxic masculinity at best You’re expected to set 5 meetings per day, 20-30 cold calls and another 20-30 dials in between meetings and cold calls. He will start your day around 5 AM and it will end around 9 PM, at best. Management calls it a “lifestyle change”. Not recommended if you have friends or family that you care about.
