I’m working 12 hours daily since my joining.
Too much work pressure.
Leads treat very badly, no humanity, no appreciation.
Very tight deadlines are given to us intentionally so that we work extra hours daily.
India Lead is hiring his friends and relatives and promoting them even I they are very poor technically.
No one questions US and UK people. Only Indians are being treading as slaves and that too by indian leads only.

Worst company not join there worst leave policy

Salary given on time thanks for that.

1. No laptop given by them personal laptop we have to use.
2. For WFH no wifi or internet charges given by them, they told that is ur work.
3. Leave policy is worst they are telling 22 leave but only 11 leave we can use remaining 11 is only if we sick and we have to submit documents for those leaves.

6. If network problem sometime as usual it happened in WFH management ppl use to do scolding in front of other ppl and juniors.
7. they treat like slave their employees.
8. More senior person working there because they don't have any option.
I lost my ID card that is given by wework they charged me 2500 INR and for 1 drawer ki 300 INR seriously chindi company hai.
Don't want to use bad words but hadd chutiya company hai.

If you are Indian, you are expected to be working late nights daily.
We login by 11 AM and log out around 11 PM almost daily.
Meetings are scheduled for late at night even without asking about your availability, time, feasibility and your personal time.
Literally no work-life balance.
Very tight deadlines are given internationally so you are forced to work extra hours daily.
There is no appreciation for initiatives. Management likes people who do showoff rather than work.
