What is the best part of working at the company?
Intuit is a wonderful company to work for. They treat their employees with respect and care about them like family. I cannot put into words how I feel about them as an employer.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Tax Day!! LOL. Just kidding. You take each call as if it was a family member or friend. You want to help that client in every way possible.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Well beings most of us are remote, it is pretty great!
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I get to set my own schedule. I have a lot of medical issues, so the best kind of job for me. I can pretty much take a break every 2-3 hours which I need to do. Every day, unless we are super busy with calls, we have a huddle with our team for twenty minutes, which helps boost us! Our team is a family in itself!

Having the ability to create your own hours is such a great part of the company. You’re able to move up fairly quickly if you work hard.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stress comes from working unfamiliar cases, but they give you the leisure to work the case as long as you need as long as the cx is still on the phone.

Not a very rewarding company

Pay is very low and hrs are not available. New agents get very frustrated as time a lot are not open for them and their other agents get the list hrs. Sometimes you just get couple of hrs in a week. So dont really make much money.

Definitely a great company
|
Intuit strives to create a collaborative work culture where everyone gets along well and works together. If someone makes a mistake they are not necessarily criticized. Instead they are "coached" so as not to make the same mistake again. The concept is that people do not make mistakes on purpose. Almost everyone I worked with was seasonal, working from home.

I worked from home so it wasn't terrible
|
You get yelled and cussed at over the phone and you can't yell back or you could get fired . You get around 8 to 12 calls a day so it's pretty slow. Management was good, the hardest part was staying awake
