$5K deductible for health insurance, no 401(k) matching, old shabby building with few windows. They plan to move us to a new space by Oct 2019, but it will be a much smaller space--no one will have a permanent desk, it's called "hoteling." No one will have offices or even cubes, it will be a bull pen arrangement, like those pics you see of sweatshops in SE Asia.

Great place to work with good work/life balance. They really seem to care about employee happiness. Career wise, this company has just been acquired and the new owners have many plans in the works to improve the company outlook. The future looks bright for Intersections and for the employees. I think that if one wanted to advance their career and get on the "ground floor", this is an awesome opportunity.

Benefits are lacking, especially 401k. Building is older but there are plans to move to newer building with more lunchtime choices and shopping nearby.

The company has been in a bit of a holding pattern lately, but I'm really excited for our future. We have incredible, smart employees who have built, marketed, sold and manage an important product in Identity Guard. The company will only continue to improve.
We have good benefits like tuition assistance, a health savings account that the company puts money into, and unlimited vacation time.
