You rolled out the red carpet to me for onboarding! HR has their time and walks us through everything, you check in at 3 weeks and beyond to new hires to gather feedback and provide them with all they need. Communication and transparency among the team is amazing. Large org that is growing into commercialization. Highly organized internal infrastructure and very solid corporate financial planning. Benefits are excellent less than my former employer and excellent 401K and retirement benefits.
