None, this is the worst company I’ve worked for. I am actively looking to leave as soon as possible.

Management is under-trained, company makes decisions based on popularity, no development for employees, they will milk and squeeze anything they can from you without caring for you as a human being. I’ve seen it numerous times, when they don’t need you anymore, they will fire people on the spot for no reason. I am scared I will get fired just like many of my colleagues in the last 2-3 years. You have been warned!!!
