The documentation and studies are fabulous. Not organized. Zio AT live time monitor is awful and these are placed on super sick patients. Crowded marketplace. Competition has horrible alternatives but are smart in their business model. They go into their OR places and do a package deal with using their cardiac OR equipment and specialist at a deep discount but they then have to use their patient monitors. Doctors and C-Suite directors are jumping on this project. It's smart. Not on a Friday late afternoon and say - I will ride with you Monday and Tuesday. Upper project manager need help and input from TMs about the project since it will directly impact their daily routine and also finish a project completely before rolling it out to the TM. They are bad about that. Training one person in a five-team (ssupportive role) and three of the 5 people need the training and skill set to help us do our job. It was insane! They started using a macro and micro view of reports that were great. TMs were trained but the rest of my support team was not. These are the people that you rely on Everyday!!!4 months later they started training 2 of the remaining 4 team members. Then two weeks later upper management switched the process for everyone. Very unorganized and not a properly executed project rollout for the company. Moral was low, people left, and almost a year later it still Is not working. Regional managers! More than half need to be fired. In the life of a salesman you have incredible managers and awful managers. But even if you have one or the other you learn something new great or even don't do what the bad manager did. I had a manager who could Not answer questions. Help out in any situation - he would have to call on the old rep( which I called first ) then another manager, etc….and he still was not able to answer the accounts needs to their question. I am sharp and know everything about products I promote plus all the competitors. I found myself calling random reps around the country to find answers and solutions. This is a huge problem. Senior leadership was fair. Three of the guys were amazing. If that’s not a shady aspect I don’t know what is. They also push you to crank out numbers, and patient safety is not a concern at this place. There have been missed critical rhythms because people are just burnt out and exhausted. Run from this place as fast as you can.
