Work like balance is horrible here, you are expected to work 6 days a week and volunteer your time to the community as if you have no life. All your hard work will go unnoticed here and Market Managers have their favorites that are protected. This bank claims to have a "heart" but in contrast they have no heart, nor understand that people's lives are disrupted, particularly managers who have families to support are laid off with out a second thought. Hourly employees have more value that a manager's thoughts and opinions, which demonstrates how poorly they value their management team. I would not recommend working here, smoke and mirrors here. Bank also claims to have modern tenchnology when in fact, deposits are not reflected until next day, they are not on real time and if you do not have millions of dollars in this bank, they prepare to pay for every service! There are no Pro Favortism is prevalent, beware! They use the word community but they are far from a community bank. The expectations do not match the pay that they offer. There is no hierarchy in the bank and everyone does pretty much everything with various titles. There is no structure and there is no delegation. They like to show people the care about their employees and when I was in the hospital for 2 months not one member of management sent even a get well soon card or picked up their phone to check in.
